ShoutOut is a way to take your voice anywhere, and to anyone. ShoutOut has made its first appearance on Facebook, and it allows you to record your voice message and send it to as many Facebook friends as you like.
 ShoutOut also allows users to call back each other on their cellphones for free, allowing users to experience user-centric multichannel communication.
